Fearless by Max Lucado
“The promise of Christ and the contention of this book are simple: we can fear less tomorrow than we do today.” We all know how unproductive and constraining fear is, he merely explains in detail what it does and how to take care of it. Max Lucado uses this book to discuss specifically what we fear and what the Bible has to say about conquering it and becoming Fearless.
This book is probably one of the best books I've read in my lifetime; It's filled with interesting stories, strong biblical truths, a light and easy read but full of heavy-hitting revelation perfect growing and maturing in faith for Christ. Max Lucado has such fluid language and realism, he keeps you wanting more; I found myself reading multiple chapters a day, I just wanted to know and read more. He presents it in a manner that seems to have effortless hooks and then hits you with a layout of the Words of Jesus to back it up. It has a neat and useful, well-organized discussion section in the back that you can do while reading through it(a very cool book for small groups, couples, etc.). This is going to be the must-read book this year, it's the first by Max Lucado I've read and his reputation suits him, simply brilliant. Pick up a copy today!
